Juventus striker Carlos Tevez looks set to leave the Bianconeri this summer, with a number of clubs believed to be interested in signing the striker.
Sky Sports is claiming an unnamed English club are in the race to bring Tevez back to English football. Liverpool had been linked with a £10million move for the 31-year-old in recent months.
However, they are not believed to be the English club who have offered Tevez the chance to ply his trade in the Premier League once again next season.
Tevez spent seven years in England with West Ham, Manchester United and Manchester City, claiming three Premier League titles.
Tevez is reported to have had three offers from other clubs on the continent. One club that has been linked with the striker is Spanish club Atletico Madrid. Atleti boss and Tevez’s compatriot Diego Simeone is a known admirer of the forward.
Atletico already have the likes of Fernando Torres, Mario Mandzukic and Antoine Griezmann in their squad, but the latter has been linked with a big money summer move.
That could mean the Spanish club needing to reinforce their attack this summer and Tevez could be that reinforcement.
Tevez has proved a big hit in Turin since his £12million move from Manchester City in 2013. The striker has helped the Old Lady to consecutive Serie A titles and also the Champions League final last season.
Despite his success in Italy it seems the striker will move on this summer, as he has just one year left on his Juventus contract.
His destination is unknown at the moment, but whoever signs him know that they will be signing a top striker, who may still have a few good years left at the top.
Where will Carlos Tevez be plying his trade next season?
