David Moyes Spanish adventure could be coming to an end if reports from the Spanish media are to be believed.
Real Sociedad are struggling in La Liga under the Scot, just above the relegation after a poor display and 2-0 defeat at fellow strugglers Las Palmas.
Moyes has been in San Sebastian for just over a year. The Scot saved La Real from relegation last season, but this season has not been great for the former-Manchester United boss.
The 52-year-old had recently been linked with a return to the Premier League with Aston Villa. However he stated that he was going to fulfil his contract with his current employers. That contract was a short-term deal that expires in the summer.
Moyes is still fairly highly-rated in British football and no doubt he would not have a problem finding a job in the summer, should he wish to return to Britain.
La Real have claimed just two league wins this season and are yet to record a home victory. Moyes’ future has been in question for the past few weeks, and the defeat against Las Palmas could be the final nail in Moyes coffin in San Sebastian.
Is David Moyes’ time at Real Sociedad coming to an end?
