Premier League West Ham and Napoli are in a fight to employ Spanish boss Unai Emery, with his future at Sevilla in doubt.

The former-Valencia boss won the Europa League with Sevilla in consecutive seasons and finished just a point behind his old club in the race to secure a Champions League spot last season.

Sevilla want the 43-year-old to sign a new deal and could offer him a massive pay rise to stay. However, both West Ham and Napoli are interested in nabbing the highly-rated boss.

West Ham finished 12th in the Premier League last season after a promising start fizzled out halfway through the campaign. Sam Allardyce was told at the end of the season that his contract would not be renewed and the Hammers are now looking for a suitable replacement.

Napoli are without a boss as Spanish boss Rafa Benitez decided not to renew his contract and instead agreed a three-year deal to become the boss of Real Madrid. The men from Naples missed out on a Champions League spot on the last day of the Serie A season.

However, Sevilla be able to offer the Spaniard Champions League football next season, as their Europa League triumph means the Andalusians will be playing in Europe’s elite competition in the new season.

Noises coming out of Spain suggest that Emery may favour staying with Sevilla, as the lure of Champions League football might outweigh the lucrative offers elsewhere.

Also his only furore outside of Spain ended in less than a season, as he struggled in Russia with Spartak Moscow.

No doubt Emery is a good young coach and there is no surprise in the interest in his services. It would not surprise me at all if he ended up staying in Andalusia for next season.

Where will Unai Emery be managing next season?
