According to Sky Sports, highly-rated German boss Jurgen Klopp is interested in managing in the Premier League in the near future.

Klopp is currently enjoying a sabbatical from management after leaving German giants Borussia Dortmund in the summer.

His last season at Dortmund saw an incredible fall from grace for Klopp’s team, as the team spent much of the campaign in the relegation zone, before eventually finishing seventh in the Bundesliga and losing the German Cup final against Wolfsburg.

However, his final season was very much out of character for Klopp at Dortmund. The 48-year-old had previously led Dortmund to two successive Bundesliga titles, including the clubs first ever double in 2012.

He also guided the team to the 2013 Champions League final, where they beaten 2-1 by domestic rivals Bayern Munich, with Arjen Robben scoring a late winner.

Despite Dortmund’s poor performance last season, Klopp is considered to be one of the best tacticians in the game. He is a student of the game and is famous for his attention to detail.

The former-Mainz bosses’ agent admitted that Klopp would be interested in a move to the Premier League earlier this season and he is currently regarded as the favourite to be the next Liverpool boss, if under-pressure Brendan Rodgers is sacked.

Will Jurgen Klopp be the next Liverpool boss?
