Chelsea’s Brazilian playmaker Oscar is reportedly a transfer target for Italian champions Juventus

According to Italian news outlet Tuttosport, Italian giants Juventus are interested in signing Brazilian playmaker Oscar next summer.

The attacking midfielder has been in and out of the Blues team this season as Jose Mourinho’s team have suffered a nightmare campaign.

He has made just seven Premier League appearances this season, due to niggling injuries and reports suggest that he would be interested in a move away from the beleaguered English champions.

Juventus are also experiencing a difficult campaign and currently sit seventh in the Serie A table, nine points behind league leaders Fiorentina.

The Bianconeri have history of dealing with Chelsea, with Colombian winger Juan Cuadrado currently on-loan in Turin from the Blues.

The two teams are due to hold negotiations regarding the permanent transfer of Cuadrado next summer. Tuttosport suggests that the Italian giants may also talk to the Blues about the possibility of signing Oscar as well.

With Chelsea struggling in the Premier League it is uncertain if Blues boss Jose Mourinho will still be in charge next summer, so the next Chelsea boss may not be interested on selling the mercurial Oscar.

A new manager may be able to get the best out of the undoubtedly talented Brazilian international, because he has only produced flashes of his talent for the Blues.

Should Chelsea consider selling Oscar next summer?
